Tulane Uptown Permit Holders' Move-In Day Parking & Shuttle Registration 

Please carefully read these instructions. The link to REGISTER NOW follows these instructions. 

Please remember to park in Garage 5 of the Superdome.  Please have your usual Tulane parking permit as well as a printout of the Aug. 22 registration email confirmation on your dashboard.  Shuttle buses will run every 20 minutes.  Bus loading for the shuttle to campus will be on Girod ("Dave Dixon Drive") across from the Garage 5 entrance.  Please register so we can anticipate the number of participants and adjust transportation logistics accordingly.

Buses will transport faculty and staff to campus continuously from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Friday morning and back to the Superdome from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.

Buses will drop off at four locations on campus:      

• Ben Weiner Drive beside the Wilson Center
• Ben Weiner Drive beside the Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine
• Freret Street in front of Devlin Fieldhouse
•  Willow Street and McAlister Extension beside PJ's

Afternoon return trips to the Superdome will load on campus at:

• Freret Street in front of Devlin Fieldhouse
• McAlister Extension at the Reily Center/Diboll Parking Garage Shuttle Stop

Permit holders seeking transportation back and forth from campus and the Superdome Garage between
9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. may take the normal Tulane Green Line Shuttle which stops at 1555 Poydras Street across the street from the Superdome Gate A.  Click here to find the Green Line route and schedule.

*Faculty and staff who need to report to work by 8:30 a.m.  should arrive at the garage no later than 7:30 a.m.*
